Livestock production and climate change
We are interested to partner with research projects and offer e.g. the following tasks in projects with a focus on Nutrition
1) Detailed analysis of target groups / Segmentation and definition of consumer types
In order to ensure a high level of consumer acceptance through tailor-made products, the various preferences and dietary habits of the target group in the focused age groups are analyzed in detail.
2) Evaluation of acceptance of developed products / ideas
We test and help to optimize e.g. the flavor and packaging (size, design) of nutritional products, and are also experienced with supporting the development of early marketing approaches that meet the needs and requirements of the target groups.
3) Integration of results into acceptance models
The results can be integrated into an acceptance models. The aim is to outline which product features (such as packaging, taste, texture, sustainability issues, foregrounded features, placement, marketing) contribute to the acceptance of the products from the perspective of which target group.
